He aquí un ‘refresco lingüístico’ muy pertinente pero abocado a caer en saco roto…

En español, sólo la primera letra de una frase o sintagma o epígrafe se escribe con mayúscula inicial. La mayúscula NO indica ni importancia, ni prevalencia, ni nada por el estilo.

El uso de mayúscula inicial SÍ está permitido en los nombres propios de eventos y en los de publicaciones periódicas.
